Shipping & Returns
We strive to ship orders the same day that we receive them. If an order is received after our daily FEDEX pickup, shipping of that order will be carried over to the next business day. There are instances where it may take 10-15 business days to ship an order, due to linens being custom made. This is the case with some color selections and bed skirts. We do our very best to keep the processing time to a minimum.

We only accept returns on defective products and must be notified within 7 days of receipt of those products. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@olympiclinens.com or fill out this form using the subject "Return Request" for a return authorization. Please be detailed in stating the reason of the return as to not cause any unnecessary delay.

Privacy Notice
We consider the personal information you choose to share with us to be confidential. We do not share any personal or identifying information you submit through our web sites with any unaffiliated third party, unless it is necessary to respond to your inquiry or required by law.

We train our associates to respect and protect our customers' privacy. We limit our associates' access to information about you, and stress the importance of your privacy with our associates.

We have not structured our web sites to attract children, and do not intend that our web sites collect or maintain any personal or identifying information from children under the age of 13.
